Dressing in florals can be coded as mainly romantic and feminine, but it can also be naïve, corny, eager, shy, camouflaging, ephemeral, grounded, decomposing, poisonous, erotic, silly, dangerous… A bountiful patch of different moods and attitudes, all blooming out of the omnipresent image of the flower, awaits you in the clothes below.
This is for spring, for love lost, for love gained only for a moment, a memento mori, a joke, and a maudlin ballad to a springtime, that, for people in my hemisphere, brings a chill.
